Polish Party September: Autumn

Ok so this is my first (hopefully of many) Polish Party challenge mani.
We decided that Autumn should be our fisrt theme.
I went to my polish collection and pulled out all my Autumn colours. I spent hours playing around with them trying different designs. I wasnt happy with any of them So i stopped and thought what is the first thing i think of when i think of Autumn. The answer trees and leaves and all the different colours they turn. So this is what i came up with.

To create the trees i used a brown/gold nail art pen then used a sponge to put different colours on to create the look of leaves. I decided that the plain brown nails were not enough. But that trees on every finger would be too much. So i decided to do a gradient in some autumn colours on the rest of my fingers again using a make up sponge.

A close up of the accent nail.

What better place to take pictures than out among the Autumn leaves.

Here is what I used to create this manicure:

What do you think should I have left the nails pain? or does the gradient look better, i still cant decide.

Thanks for looking Hope you enjoy this as much as I enjoyed creating it.

Please check out all the other lovley ladies blogs who are taking part, you can find the links here.
